MLS and Listing Photo Usage and Copyright
All media created by Maclo Agency is protected under United States copyright law and remains the exclusive property of Maclo Agency. For MLS and residential listing packages, clients are granted a limited and non transferable license to use the media solely for marketing the specific property listing while it is actively for sale. This license does not transfer ownership of the media. It does not allow reuse once the listing is sold, withdrawn, or expired. It does not permit resale, sublicensing, or distribution to any third party. Agents and brokers may not grant permission to others to use the media in any form.
